Visitor Information

At West Ascension Parish Hospital, we recognize that the support of family and friends plays an important role in the healing process. We strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our patients, visitors, and healthcare team.

Inpatient Visiting Hours
7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Visitors are encouraged to check with nursing staff before entering a patient's room, as visitation may be limited based on a patient's medical condition, treatment, or physician's orders.

To help maintain a safe and healing environment, we ask all visitors to:

Respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
Follow all instructions provided by hospital staff.
Speak quietly and be considerate of other patients and visitors.
Remain in designated patient care and waiting areas.
Supervise children at all times while on hospital property.
Please refrain from visiting if you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.

If you need assistance locating a patient or finding a department, our staff will be happy to help during your visit.
